Product: HP ENVY x360 M6 Convertible PC
My power button corner got dinged in an accident and I cannot turn the laptop on. Our computer repair told me it is unfixable any insight would be super helpful I really need this computer. It does not seem to be to ding – cannot press the button in.

I don't know what it is you expect us to do about this from here. We have no way to examine your laptop. IF a repair place says it can not be fixed, they are probably right -- and since accidental damage is NOT covered by the HP warranty, even if this was a new laptop, you would still have to pay a lot to have it examined.
