I have an elite book that had windows 10 and was working great then one day started only showing a black screen. I have done the windows b key trick, the f11 trick, trying to connect to other monitor, nothing is changing. This is my daughters computer and all she told me was the black screen, I don’t know if updates were tried or anything else.
