I've had this issue since shortly after I purchased the computer last year. When I adjust the panel (open or close the screen a little) the screen will flicker off briefly. It isn't terrible, since the screen does come back right away, but it can be annoying if you are moving the unit with the screen open. The small jiggling will cause the screen to flicker on and off.
It definitely seems as if there is some kind of loose connection or something, but I have opened the unit and both video cables seem seated in the connectors nicely. The cables do go inside the hinges themselves, and I assume that is where the loose connection must be. I don't think there is anything I can do about that though. The hinge doesn't seem very serviceable.
I'm just wondering if this is a known issue and if there is anything I can try to do to fix this. Thanks in advance for any help.
