Product: Hp envy x360 15-dr0048nb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got a new Hp envy x360 15-dr0048nb. According to this site https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06409427?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0002 it should have touchscreen (I think), however, the touchscreen doesn't work and when I go to settings > system > about, there is a line 'No pen or touch input is available for this display'.

 

Does anyone know why this is or how i could possibly fix this?

After doing some more research, I seem to have the same problem as here:

This problem still doesn't have a solution other than getting a new laptop.
