My Laptop's product number is (15-r224ne)
It has an Intel Core i5-5200U, 6GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce 820M 2GB
I had GeForce Experience installed a long time ago and it had driver version 391.35 installed as the latest version and no problems happened.
I installed the game Football Manager 2021 and it booted up two times the third time it didn't want to boot to the main menu because it had 3D characters to render, I thought the problem was because of the drivers.
I tried to reinstall through GeForce Experience but it always ended in an error.
I tried Uninstalling it myself from Control Panel and downloading the driver from the Nvidia website and it always ends in one of two ways:
1. If I choose Express Install, it ends in "NVIDIA Installer failed"
2. If I choose Custom Install and choose Clean Install, it ends in "NVIDIA Installer failed"
I tried installing the driver from Windows Device Manager and it always ends in "Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device"
"Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them"
I tried reinstalling GeForce Experience and install the drivers there but it boots up to "Unable to download recommended driver"
I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications or drivers.
For help with these issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
