Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B6AV)

Hello , 

 

Device : HP gaming 15 , AMD ryzen processor , with Nvidia RTX 3050Ti GPU . 

 

Issue : Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti GPU Error 43 in device manger , HDMI output not working & device lag during medium load work

I tried updating the device driver , Installing a fresh windows 10 , installing older version of the driver , updating BIOS , removing and reinstalling the device from device manger . 

 

I tried HP cloud recovery , but at failed at the end . 

 

Any other possible software solution ?  , or I shall consider this as hardware issue . 

 

Another Question , 

 

I bought my Laptop from UAE , My warranty is still valid

But I'm currently based  in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia , is my warranty valid here ? and if yes  please advise if installing extra storage ( without removing any of the original parts , I only unscrewed the back cover )  by my self will void the warranty or not .
