Hello @Ayuba2,

Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Also, a specific model name or product number would be appreciated. E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL

Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)

Hello I am very sorry I might not be able to get you a screenshot of the exact problem because I uninstalled the OMEN CENTER because it kept showing "no supported omen host pc is associated with this account"and that got me really furious. And please I am using HP OMEN Notebook PC 15 . I have attached an image of the exact Notebook I am using. Hope you can help me resolve this situation because I will like to change the keyboard lights. The RED colour really gets me nervous9165xQyCblL._SL1500_.jpg

Hello @Ayuba2,

Unfortunately, the HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5010nr is not compatible with the OMEN Command Center. It is only compatible with OMEN Control (Notebook) - Lighting/Macro Key. This was software provided as part of Windows 8.1 but may still be functional on Windows 10.

HP OMEN Control Software

Description:

This package contains the HP OMEN Control Utility which enables special Gaming keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

Run the .exe and see if it works. If it doesn't, what you can do is once you download the .exe, open the file in its folder. Right-click, Troubleshoot compatibility. Select Troubleshoot program, then select The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now.

Hope that helps.
