hello 

 

my laptop has the followin product number: 6HV77EA#AKE

with the following serial number: [edited]

 

I have win10 version 1903

 

i cant install nvidia driver, it says there is no device for the drivers.

also the intel graphics onboard cant install them, same issue as above.

 

windows installs nvidia graphics by default, without geforce experience.

if i delete and uninstall the nvidia graphics windows pics "microsoft basic display adapter"

 

also hp assistant hangs everytime when i try to use it in order to install the missing drivers (intel hd graphics isnt in the list)

it shows installing progress and hangs at realtek audio hd drivers.

 

please help me with this, i am trying to install these drivers for about 8 hours now....

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

 

Windows is installing the latest graphics drivers on your PC and this is the reason why when you try to install the graphics drivers directly from the nvidia it comes up with the error message. 

 

In this scenario, I would suggest you try these steps here: 

 

I would personally suggest you uninstall HP Support Assistant from Control panel - Programs and features.

Once done, restart the computer and then download and install the latest version of HP Support Assistant using this link. 

 

Next thing regarding the Intel HD graphics, please use this Auto detect tool from Intel to install the drivers directly from Intel website.
