Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have been experiencing low fps when gaming.

Recent issue happens when playing Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One. The fps rate could go down to like 10-20. This happens to other games as well, like Monster Hunter World

I set my gpu into performance mode, it does not seem to help.

I have owned the laptop for 2 years.

I appreciate any help that solves the problem, or tells me how to identify what went wrong with the laptop.

Forgot to mention, the gpu usage appeared on the gaming hub was always high (over 90%)
