Hello,

My keyboard is constantly ghosting. Several keys are being pressed all the time.

This is happaning most offten within the office applications (excel, word..) but not only.

Also, the touchpad sometimes freezes and the pointer doesn't react until I press ctrl or esc.

When I  add a mouse, logitech mouse that works fine on another machine, the glitches getting worse.

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the keyboard and the touchpad.

Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this link for steps to find the product details. (Ensure not to share the serial number, email, phone number, etc.)

While you respond to that, let's try updating the computer -

Step 1 Windows Updates troubleshooter -

Click on this link to run Windows Updates troubleshooter.

Step 2 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 3 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Let me know how that goes.
