Product: Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0040ns

Hi i got this Victus 16.1 laptop  in august 2022.

Something weird happend when i opened the screen. Theres was a pop so i look at the right hinge and i see a GAP and this is a year old like i got in on august it cant be failing with and quality error of the plastic so theres a gap its not like i abused it or something,i just play games like ROBLOX And beamng Drive like that its embarrassing having a computer for 1 year and have it with some plastic error not gonna lie but old laptop was better but times you need an upgrade .Ok by the way it got in in Spain so i got a *3 year warranty* right the sad true its no so i now got a laptop with hinge issue that its gonna be useless in time that was expensive plus with no warranty so pls hp or mods pls help
