hi 

can anyone  help with my issue here.

my 5 months Omnibook gone faulty a line appeared from nowhere on screen  so i contacted hp to sort it out which they were swift with it . so after a week the laptop came back and after a quick check i have  noticed a shaddow of back light on the bottom of screen and you can notice it more when the screen is dark  + few other issues the trim or cover that supposed to cover the bottom of the screen is not straight  it is a bit lumpy in the middle as well when i close the lid after using the laptop i can alawys hear this click which never been there i did email them all photos so i contacted the hp again and they say that they have raised the the issue to the repair workshop  

it has been now over a week i have contacted hp 4 times with no results they say they are still waiting for answers from the repair shop i did pay a lot of money for this laptop this is frustrating 

i did have a brand new laptop now i have a second hand one

how can i escalate this issue further

thanks for your reply for some reasons i can not send you the private message 

after putting all the details for the laptop it just  doesn't  get sent it keep highlighting in red.
