Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Laptop 15-bs2xx     

Was on Zoom Mtg. My laptop screen turned blue. Couldn't see anyone.  Could hear everyone, but nothing on my computer worked, including curser.  Had to turn computer off.  Worked after I turned it back on.  Computer is new.  🦋 Any suggestions?

In that case, I would suggest you please uninstall and reinstall and check.
