Thank you for joining HP Forums.

This is a great place to get support, find answers to your technical queries.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you facing this issue after an update?

How long are you facing this issue?

Any hardware or software changes done in the PC?

Try connecting an alternate monitor and check if the issue persists.

Follow the below steps to boot into BIOS page.

1. Turn on or restart the computer.

2. While the display is blank, press the f10 key to enter the BIOS.

Check if the issue persists, in the BIOS page.

If the issue does not appear in the BIOS page, follow the below steps.

Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-15-ce000-laptop-pc/15551437 and UPdate the BIOS, Chipset and the Graphics drive.

You can also use this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467905 use HP Support Assistant to keep your PC updated.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)

Thanks for the reply,

This could be a possible hardware issue as you are facing the same issue in the BIOS page.

I have sent you a private message, to contact HP Phone support depending on the product that cannot be shared in a public post.

Can you please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

Have a great day!
