HP Notebook - 15s-fq0017na

As the title says, one rubber strip on the base of my laptop has peeled off and i'm finding it impossible to reattach. I've only had the laptop for just over a year so it's no longer within the warranty period however I feel under the Consumer Rights Act that HP should fix this issue or at the very least provide a replacement strip.

Hi @Wils87, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Apologies for all the inconvenience

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

I am contacting you from the United Kingdom and yes the product is out of warranty however as stated, I have only had the laptop for over a year and feel HP should fix this issue as this has happened through no fault of my own and is more than likely that this has happened due to poor build quality of the laptop.
