OpenGL applications run through the integrated Intel graphics card. I found some information on the support site, which said that OpenGL applications with dynamic control of video cards always run through the integrated video card. In BIOS, I do not have a Graphics Mod button. In the newer BIOS version, there is no button either. I ask you for help, since all the options that I had did not work. HP 250 G6 series has many models/products. Each machine should have one of the following options

Integrated
  Intel® HD Graphics 620
  Intel® HD Graphics 520
  Intel® HD Graphics 405
  Intel® HD Graphics 400

depending on its installed CPU

What is your big problem ? Do you know which CPU is on your machine ?

I have Intel® HD Graphics 620.  The big problem is that OpenGL applications only work with an integrated graphics card, but it has poor performance. On a discrete graphics card, applications do not turn on, even if you disable the integrated Intel graphics card in Device Manager.
