Orange light is on at the monitor

my computer monitor has an orange light on the bottom right hand side it usually turn blue after the computer is turned on but it is not

As I understand the computer isn't turning on anymore & it's got beeping noises,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Have you reset the computer to release excessive static?

Did you check if an alternate monitor is working?
