Hello Community,

I have recently updated my laptop to windows 10 from windows 8. Everything looks better with the new addition  even the new features are cool too, but my problem is when i connect my charger to the PC the screen goes black dead or say it sleeps, which is causing me trouble while doing my stuff. Please help me to solve this issue.

Thank You

I have read your post and wanted to help. I understand that when you connect your laptop with power cord, the screen goes black. Please post back the product number of your laptop, so that I can better help you.

And here is a document may help: Sleep and Hibernate Issues
