I loaded photos from my android phone to the PC and when I tried to open them, I got this message: 'It looks like we do not support this format."

They are jpg. files and I tried to open them different ways such as with the Paint app. but it does not work.

@musician55

How do you open them ? Both should support photos using jpg format. What is the format of your photos on your Android device ?

The following example shows USB connection from my Android phone to my computer

My phone has normal microSD card. I took few photos before, they appear on File Explorer as a normal USB drive.

Regards.
