HP Model 17-by306st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Immediately, beginning when power turned on, the bottom screen (slightly more than half) is solid gray, top of screen normal.  Before I sign in, the gray area of screen shows faint diamond shapes and changes to faint vertical lines.  Screen normal when external monitor used. ONE YEAR WARRANTY EXPIRED YESTERDAY!  Tests run and passed:

Video Memory Fast Check

Video Palette Check

Video Extended Memory Test

Video Driver Update

Multimedia Driver Update

Dead Pixel Test run but "Cancelled" when I report I can't see a solid red or green screen.

Help would be greatly appreciated.  The timing of this on an exactly one year old computer is maddening.  Thanks.
