Nvidia GPU performance is terrible. I am running Unity&Blender on my laptop. When I ran them with an Nvidia GPU, they were lagging/freezing. My GPU usage drops to 25% for a second and goes >90% every few seconds. With Intel integrated GPU there is no problem. They works well.
I have done all updates.
What's wrong with Nvidia GPU?
Edit: Task Manager graph values.
The lowest points on the graph are the points where the programs lag/freeze.
