Pavilion Screen frame popped out

I have this laptop for over 7 months now and last week suddenly the bottom right corner of the screen has popped out of the frame. Not any harsh use nor travel
What now? The laptop is still under warranty and from all the questions I’ve seen here it’s a design or parts flaw because most people say their laptops were not dropped or hit or anything. Mine was on my desk and I just opened it. That’s all it took for the screen to pop out. 

@HP are you addressing this design flaw or repeating the same mistake .
