Pavilion ba009 /VS/ Hewlett-Packard Stylus active pen

Hei,

I have Stylus active pen which is Hewlett-Packard, it was working good on my old PC "Spectre x360 4040no"

Now I have got a new PC which is "Pavilion x360 ba009" but the active pen doesn't work anymore, is it compitable problem? Or is there anyway to get it working?

In case "no". So which active pens do work on my new PC "Pavilion ba009" ?

After reading your post, I did go through the Maintenance and Service guide and found that your PC support Active Pen, For more details, please use this link.

This is the Part Number - 910942-001 HP Synaptics active pen which is supposed to work on your PC.

That said, you can always get a passive stylus as it works on any touchscreen device regardless of its brand or model,
