I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Full name is HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC

Product ID is 00326-10000-00000-AA433

4GB RAM

Processor AMD A6-4400M APU and Radeon HD Graphics 2.7GHz

I did search for 'crash codes' and came across this notification.  The December 2020 date is about when the problem arose, but someone else took over projection around then , and it is only recently I have needed to use the projector. As mentioned earlier it works on another persons laptop and my bench computer, but not my HP. Is the crash code detail of any value to you?
