Hello, I'm having some trouble with pen compatibility with my HP Pavilion x360 laptop. I purchased the HP pen, Product Number: 1MR94AA#ABL. According to another HP forum, which I will link below, my model laptop should be compatible with this pen.
My model is: HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-dh1003dx
Product Number: 7UT48UA#ABA
When I tap the pen to the screen as instructed, nothing happens. I can't seem to figure out how to connect the pen.
HP Forum I refer to: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Which-stylus-can-be-used-for-the-Pavi...

@nabuharus2 As per your product's Maintenance and service guide: click here to verify, the only stylus supported by your device is mentioned in the below screenshot for your reference:
you may order the parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Alternatively, If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
