Product: HP ProBook x360 435 G8 Notebook PC (28M90AV)

Hello each other,
For some time now, my laptop, no longer recognizes my pen. I thought the pen was broken and bought a new one. This also does not work again. I can still use the touch screen with my fingers, but it does not recognize the pen. Does anyone know why? Thanks a lot
