Hello!

 

I got an HP active pen for my HP Computer (HP Spectre x360 - 15-ap070nz) but it is not working.  I think the pen might not be compatible with my computer but I wasn't able to find much information on the subject. Does anyone know what are the compatible types of pens for my model? Or if there aren't any at all...?

I checked in the service guide for your computer and there is no mention of a compatible pen for your computer. However, I recommend you contact support and check once.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
