Spectre x360 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When taking handwritten notes, my pen suddenly stops writing for a few centimeters, and then works again. This is really distracting and forces me to re-write quite often. (like 30% of the written text). The pen-cursor also disappears during the lag.

I tried the HP Tilt Pen & Wacom Bamboo Ink, same issue for both. And it occurs in every program I tried (Penbook, OneNote, Xodo...). This is NOT acceptable for a 1800€ device.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Is it just a problem of my device?
