Hello everyone !
The problems encountered many times from the beginning, regarding working of touch screen, pen and keyboard are described below:
1. Sometimes, at Settings/System/About/Pen and Touch, it is written ,,No Pen or Touch Screen available for this display".
Also, at Device Manager, ELAN EzTouchFilter appears with a yellow filled triangle warning sign and HID-compliant pen and HID-compliant touch screen are not displayed. Touch screen and pen are not working.
2. Sometimes, after a restart, ,,Pen support" only appears. In this moment, at Device Manager, ELAN EzTouchFilter appears without the yellow filled triangle warning sign and ,,HID-compliant pen'' and ,,HID-compliant touch screen'' are displayed. Only pen is working.
3. Sometimes, after another restart, ,,Touch Screen and pen support with 10 points" appears. At this time, touch screen and pen are working.
The pen received along with the laptop is Active stylus, model SPEN-HP-03.
4. Sometimes, after another restart, the keyboard is not working and I have to restart it to have the keyboard working.
NOTE: I didn't installed the optional update ,,L.P. - Keyboard - Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support", received earlier from HP
The BIOS is updated to the latest version. The Windows is not yet updated to the latest version 20H2, because there are some issues and I will wait until most of them are rectified, to avoid problems that might appear while restarting the laptop. I am still using Version 2004, which is stable now, compared with the first release.
The HP representative told me that problems like I have, are encountered by many other users and this, because of the Windows updates.
Please provide me the necessary recommendations (if available) to avoid these issues.
Thank you in advance for help and understanding !
