A month ago my laptop was sent in for repair for the so-called 'phantom zooming' problem. However, now after a month the same problem occurs again. Anyone a solution? I am very disappointed about the quality of the laptop and repair.
'phantom zooming' mode; where it looks likes a ghost is randomly zooming in and out, randomly selecting tabs/cells/changing things on screen.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Factory reset your Chromebook
- Sign out of your Chromebook.
- Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
- Select Restart.
- In the box that appears, select Powerwash. Continue.
- Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account. ...
- Once you've reset your Chromebook:
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
