@srivardhanreddy, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error 0xA00F424F (0x80270200) indicates that the Windows Camera app is unable to save the photo. This could be due to permission issues, corrupted files, or a problem with the camera app itself.

Try these solutions:

Check Camera Permissions

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera.
  2. Make sure Camera access and Let apps access your camera are turned ON.
  3. Scroll down to Camera App and ensure it's allowed to access the camera.

Change Camera App Save Location

  1. Open Settings > Storage > Advanced storage settings > Where new content is saved.
  2. Under New photos and videos will save to, try selecting a different drive.

Reset the Camera App

  1. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & Features).
  2. Scroll down to Camera and click it.
  3. Select Advanced options > Reset.
  4. Restart your laptop and check if the issue persists.

Check if Another App is Using the Camera

  • Close any apps that might be using the camera (like Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Restart your laptop and try again.

Update or Reinstall Camera Drivers

  1. Right-click Start > Device Manager.
  2. Expand Cameras or Imaging Devices.
  3. Right-click on your camera device and select Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
  4. If the problem continues, Uninstall the driver and restart your PC (Windows will reinstall it automatically).

Run Windows Troubleshooter

  1. Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  2. Find Camera and click Run the troubleshooter.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
