Hello,
This is driving me insane and I need to fix this ASAP. Every time I want to scroll down using the touchpad of this laptop in the internet, it seems to zoom in and out, which is clearly from the pinch zoom feature that these things have. I looked up many links and tutorials as to how to disable it and I cannot find anywhere where to disable this option. I go into touchpad and mouse settings, additional settings and there do not seem to be options to uncheck a tick box. I think this new windows system has a different layout. Please Help

@SIrigoyen95 I'll need to know whether you have an elan or synaptics touchpad driver to help you better, the best to identify the same is by either providing the below details or check your device manager for details under mouse properties:
Note: Please ensure the complete product name/number for a quicker response from the community, as we need to know what we are dealing with to provide an accurate solution:

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Also, please update all windows and HP updates using the HP support assistant, once done, try the below steps:
- Search for Mouse & Touchpad on the start menu or you can access from Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad.
- Click on Additional mouse option from the right pane.
- Click on the Device Settings tab and click on Settings button.
- Click on Pinch Zoom option and uncheck/check the box Enable Pinch Zoom to enable or disable it.
- Click on Apply and OK.
