Product: Hp notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My laptop screen has small patch of pink ,black  pixal . I do pancile method to solve it but it didn't work . Maybe it happens whan I download something while charging for many hours.

Please help me how to solve this problem

Let's perform a hard reset: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

 

Also, do you see this patch on the BIOS screen? To enter BIOS, keep tapping the F10 button while powering ON.

 

If you have an external monitor, do check on that as well.
