Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs658tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had given my laptop for hinges repair at local service center and he had damaged my laptop screen. 

 

Now pink coloured spots are appearing on my screen. Can some one help me how to fix these or how to solve this issue ?

This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer, they should be able to help.
