Do I need to download drivers to be able to view DVD's

I don't know what is your Envy 360. But many newer notebooks/laptops do not have Optical Disc Drive (ODD ot CD/DVD drive) therefore player software is not included (it does make sense). Windows 10 has media player software but it is not good enough.

 

You have 2 options:

 

(a) Download and install CyberLink software, hope this works on your machine

 

       ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75514.exe

 

(b) Download and install the following free software, it will play nearly all media formats

 

       http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
