Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi everyone, I have an issue with playing videos on my laptop. When I try to play a video on youtube or on itunes through apple music the sound works perfectly but the video freezes (instead of playing normally it shows images) but I can watch videos with no problem on the netflix  app. I think this problem might be due to the fact that my computer has been very slow lately but I don't know how to fix it since I've done everything the hp website says to do
