Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my laptop is 3 years old and I recently started noticing that the pointer keeps jumping to the middle of the screen, and changes shape to a weird flashing rectangle.  Have done pretty much everything but the problem still exists. 

 

Deleted the Synaptics touchpad driver and reinstalled.  Disabled the touchpad by installing an external mouse to it.  Even reset the computer to factory settings.    Nothing works!  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
