Every time after I leave a video conference, Poly Camera Pro keeps turning my camera on and off repeatedly even though it is not in use by any application. The icon in the task bar blinks and the activity light on the webcam does so, too. This is very annoying. According to the Windows settings, the Poly software is the only app using the camera. I can stop the blinking by right-clicking the tray icon and selecting "Pause feed" but it will return after the next call. This issue affects external webcams, too.

Hello Salman,

The cameras I am using are the following:

  • The built-in camera of my HP EliteBook 840 14" G11
  • Exibel TWNT-WC10
  • Lenovo Essential Full HD Webcam (4XC1B34802)

All of them exhibit the same issue.

The Poly software is on the latest version (v2.1.32.13514) according to the app.
