I wondering what HP suggests to solve this problem? As it was already know before my purchase as a YouTube reviewer says at 6:50 minutes in HP ENVY 17t Review (2020) Built Too Good for $849! Any ideas?

So far no acceptable solution. Used online not virtual chat and that service continually disconnects and on my end stops me from writing. Then it totally disconnected. This is how the session started.
Keyboard Visibility problem. Difficulty seeing the keyboard in ordinary lighting day or night with or without the back lighting feature engaged. Plus the wrong part number was issued for the computer. Part number issued 8MX04AV does not match the part number 8KG04AV embedded in the BIOS chip or stenciled onto the case. Part number issued by HP Store 8MX93AV results in a part number not assigned in the HP parts surfer app. Even with an RMA issued I don't understand how I can send back what I don't have. I know it can be repaired with a different keytops installed or a different top cover and keyboard HP part L87984-001.
