Hi, I recently purchased an ASUS ZenScreen, model MB166C. It includes a USB-C to USB-C cord to connect to a PC as a second display. It works fine with my work laptop. However, when I connect it to my personal laptop, HP Notebook 15-ec2121nr, Windows 11 displays an error message "Display connection might be limited". I've tried updating the drivers from the ASUS site, and using DisplayLink, but no luck. Is there anyway to get this second monitor to work with my HP notebook? Thanks for your help.

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c07918617
It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
For more connectivity, please use
True Universal Docking Stations
