Probook 450 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Probook 450 G6 and would like to replace the HD screen with a FHD 1080p screen. I have successfully done this on my Probook 450 G5, but I can't find any guides or videos on the internet for the G6. I'm now wondering if HP only replace the whole screen, mount, laptop lid basically. Can anyone shed any light on this? I really don't fancy taking a chance that it's as easy as the G5, and pulling the plastic bezel away from the screen if it cannot be changed like that...

Thanks

Hi,

It is possible. It will be a little different than the G5.

The part number for FHD screen L45102-001

On page 72 of service manual, you can see the steps to replace the panel

Hope it helps,

David
