Product: hp probook 450 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Print Screen Keys Do Not Work After  Installing software Hot Keys Support
The key did not work before installation too.

Other function keys (volume, brightness, suspend, ...) seem to work, even after pressing Fn or without it.

I tried to turn on the Fn option in Bios, I tried to turn off the Fn Bios option, nothing helped
The operating system is Windows 10 64 bit.
