Hi. My computer says the printer, HP 250 mobile, is not connected. Both the computer and printer display the same WiFi.
There is also a question mark lit up the pop up display screen.
I have disconnected the router twice, closed and restarted both the computer and. Printer. Nothing is working.
can you please help me?

Hi @Lynn829,
Thank you for the response.
Try these steps:
Restart the Printer and Devices:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Shut down your computer.
- Reconnect the printer and power it back on.
- Restart your computer.
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that both your computer and printer are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Check the Wireless icon on the printer to see if the light is solid (indicating a connection) or blinking.
Check Printer Status on the Computer:
- Go to Devices and Printers on your computer.
- Right-click on the HP OfficeJet 250 printer icon.
- Ensure "Use Printer Offline" is not selected. If it is, uncheck it.
Update Printer Driver:
- Visit the HP website to check if there are any updates available for your printer driver that could resolve connectivity issues.
Network Configuration Page:
- Print a Network Configuration Page from the printer to ensure it is connected to the network correctly.
Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility to diagnose and fix connectivity problems. This tool can be downloaded from the HP website.
Check Firewall and Security Settings:
- Ensure that firewalls or antivirus programs are not blocking the network connection to your printer.
I hope this helps.
