Problem connecting MPP2.0 stylet to HP Spectre 16-aa000 1nb

Hello, I need help connecting my hp recheargable stylus to my laptop. It's a HP Spectre 16-aa000 1nb. I tried everything, bluetooth, settings but nothing seems to work. What can I try and how can I  ensure that my laptop is able to connect to MPP2.0 stylus. And if it isn't capable of doing that, is it still possible to use it ?
