Good afternoon. My name is Sergey. Last year I bought myself an HP OMEN 15 laptop. A couple of months ago I encountered the following problem, white dots appeared on the black background of the screen (I will attach a photo). I took my laptop to a service center, after one week I received a notification that the laptop was ready, when I came to the official service they told me that they had only diagnosed it, but the problem was not fixed. I was allowed to talk with the master who diagnosed my laptop, telling him about the white dots that I had on a black background, he answered me:
if it needs parts to repair, it is most likely a problem with the motherboard or display, due to the war in my country, supply problems, parts are out of stock, my laptop's warranty ends in August of this year. Service Center ERC.
I bought a laptop in a foxtrot store and I will also attach a warranty sheet.
