Hello
I am using HP 14-r004tu notebook PC (energy star).
After years on Windows 8.1, I happily upgraded to 10 last year. Everything was great, including Bluetooth – until5-6 months ago. Now, it's not visible.
I have exhaustively attempted all readily available troubleshooting solutions, unfortunately without success.
I have thoroughly investigated the issue through Device Manager, specifically. I turned on "Show Hidden Devices" and found the "Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter." When I clicked "Properties," it shows up error messages like "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39). Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked".
I urgently seek your expertise in resolving this issue and restoring my Bluetooth functionality.
Sincerly,
Dr Kunal Ranjan

Hi:
Unfortunately, that is a very common problem with the Ralink Bluetooth adapter which completely disappears from the device manager on the newer builds of W10, and there is no fix other than to go back to W8.1 (not recommended), purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter, or replace the internal Ralink Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter with this model Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter:
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:
