Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible

I have an HP Spectre x360 Covertible and the active pen that came along with it. I have recently run into the issue of the pen cursor showing up on the screen but not being able to click with it, no matter what amount pressure I apply. Nothing seemed to cause it, it worked one morning and that afternoon it didn't.

I have used HP Support Assistant to check for any driver updates but have not found any.
