Problem with changes in refresh rate from 60Hz to 144Hz. How to change this in the above mentioned

It specs

It ONLY has 40.9 cm (16.1") diagonal FHD, IPS, anti-glare, micro-edge WLED-backlit, 250 nits, 45% NTSC (1920 x 1080) screen which supports 60Hz or 65Hz.  Increase its refresh rate will reduce its resolution.
