My cursor on my Envy is going crazy. I can't highlight anything or click on anything because it keeps moving on the screen. I have the touchscreen function turned off and I turned off my wireless mouse that I normally use. What should I do?

Let's try these steps -
1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open the "Device Manager".
2) Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices".
3) Right click on the "Synaptics TouchPad".
