HP 16-a0017ur 16.1 laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good afternoon.
On October 4, I received a new laptop HP 16-a0017ur 16.1 laptop, ordered from Tmall. The packaging, contents, the very appearance of the product are in perfect order. (there is a video of unpacking). When I turned it on for the first time, I found that the lower part of the screen did not work. That is, slightly flickering from the bottom edge, a black stripe somewhere on 2/3 of the display. Over time, the strip disappears and the display, in fact, works entirely, but, in the past, covered in black, part of the screen seems to "remember" the previous image and for some time the closed page shines through a new, open window.
There is no such problem via HDMI. The rest of the laptop is serviceable.
Again, I note that there is no physical damage and there was no problem, the problem is straight out of the box.
According to the HP portal - according to the SN of my laptop, the warranty has just begun.
Part number: 22R51EA # ACB,

Please help.
